Aberconwy House
14th-century merchant's house. This is the only medieval merchant's house in Conwy to have survived the turbulent history of this walled town over nearly six centuries. Furnished rooms and an audio-visual presentation show daily life from different periods in its history.
The house has limited electric lighting and is therefore dark on dull days.
National Trust shop open most of the year.
This attraction can be easily visited whilst staying in the Conwy Valley, and is 13 miles (21 km) from Betws-y-Coed as the crow flies (straight line distance). See the routeplanner below for a suggested route and estimated journey time.
